A newly created business park at the London commuter belt town of Hersham is being transformed into a dynamic workspace environment for firms large and small.

Park operator Fasset was selected by industrial gases corporation Air Products to regenerate its 165,000 sq ft European headquarters by creating a campusstyle environment for businesses.

The first 3,500 sq ft phase, Sterling Suite 1, has already been a sell-out success less than four months after Fasset re-launched the 10-acre site as Hersham Place Technology Park.

Six companies, attracted to easy-in, easy-out terms at highly competitive rents, have signed up to nine modernised offices with 47 workstations.

Work is now under way by Fasset to replicate Sterling Suite 1, adding a similar sized suite on the same level.

Sterling Suite 2 provides an additional ten offices, varying in size from 1-10 workstations which are available to rent from early March 2008.

A further 7,500 sq ft of flexible office space is available to lease from mid-March.

The converted space, designed to high specification, will appeal to larger companies requiring a range of services including reception facilities, security, cleaning and catering.

Fasset’s 35-strong team at the business park provide Facilities Management and other on-site services for Air Products’ 750 employees and the serviced office tenants.
